Elvira Jude Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time is separate from estimated shipping time and may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.

For limited-edition or high-demand items, please allow 3 - 4 business days for processing.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We offer both local and international delivery options. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Nigeria Nationwide Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • International Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Pre-Order Items

Items labeled "Pre-Order" will begin processing on the date specified in the product description. Please be aware:

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately.
  • To avoid any delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.

Order Tracking & Dispatch Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you do not receive this notification within the estimated processing time, please contact our team at orders@elvirajude.com or via WhatsApp at +234903312 8953, quoting your order number.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If you haven’t received your package within the expected delivery window:

  • Kindly allow an additional 2–3 business days for possible courier delays.
  • If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for assistance.

Please note: Once your item has been handed over to the courier, we are not liable for delays, damages, or lost items caused by the postal or shipping service.

International Shipping & Customs Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These fees are:

  • Determined by your country’s customs agency
  • Not included in your Elvira Jude order total
  • The responsibility of the recipient

We do not currently offer DDP (Duties Paid) shipping, except where explicitly stated. Customs processing may delay delivery beyond estimated timeframes.

Local Pickup Option

Customers in Lagos can choose to pick up their orders from our studio during business hours(however no shopping activities occur instore). Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via phone or WhatsApp.
